You pay nothing.
All 1-players have the same rights.
There are no premium accounts.
Nobody rules the game.

Create your company, association, Project or City as a Field in 1.
start your business in 1APP
There are Players and Fields in 1.
Players are real Persons, Fields are legal Persons.
Every legal Person can be a Field in 1.
Even city- administrations, associations, zivil and private Projects are Fields.
Therefore there are different group types in 1:

Play on Fields
As a Member of a Field you can see Challenges, Deals, Players and and the Member-Chat in the Field.
Every Challenge and every Deal is available for every Member of the Field.
The flow arises above all from the fact that all group members see challenges in the Field immediately – and can volunteer for them with a click.
As a Field member, you can also see which challenges have already been started by which players and what has already been completed. Everything live and in real time.

Grow with your challenges
In 1 you can post any task, (a job, a voluntary activity, small tasks, help at a project, and so on ..) as a „challenge“.
Each challenge can be assigned to a Field.
You can complete challenges from other players – or challenge other players.
STEP #5

new currency – dream salaries
every challenge you complete ends up as „proof“ on your profile page.
Any gamer can see this evidence.
This means that your true value is always evident in our game.
Payment is equated with mastering challenges.
Each challenge is measured in time.
1 hour of work is equal to 1 star.
Each challenge contains at least one star.
Depending on the effort, training required or level of difficulty, a challenge can also contain up to 5 stars per hour.
If you master a challenge you will receive the stars that are stored in it.
All stars that you collect in challenges are saved in your player account.
In 1APP your work is valuable.
One star corresponds to purchasing power of € 300.
You can exchange this purchasing power for deals in 1APP.
STEP #6
Deals for Stars
take all you want – we pay
In „Deals“ you`ll find offers that other players and fields would like to exchange for stars.
Every player can post deals in Fields of which you are a member.
The provider of the deal can either be you yourself – or a group that you lead.
If a player accepts a deal that you have offered, you will also receive the stars for it.
A Field divides the stars for a deal equally among all Field members.

Freedom for companys
Business payment in a new system
In 1APP, all fields share the 1 community account.
This account pays for challenges and purchases for companies.
When your company buys something, the 1-community account pays the stars for it.
STEP #8
repair the Planet
the superordinate structure beyond economy
High incomes and a booming economy are worthless to us if our planet continues to be destroyed.
That is why there are „Green Challenges“ in 1APP.
These challenges are for the future. Equal to work in a company, you can earn stars here by doing something for nature or the future.
The aim of 1App is to empty the „1-Future-Account“.
